Is not the same as your dental office. Root planing done by a periodontal hygienist takes more time and skill. This comes from years of experience working and training with a periodontist. If you have uncontrolled gum disease (ie: pockets) then you need specialist hygiene care. We also follow up with laser diode treatment when needed.
