Finances and Insurance

Will my Insurance Cover this?

Insurance is a contract between you & your insurance company. Our experienced staff will assist you in completing forms and electronically delivering them to the insurance company to expedite your dental reimbursement. The amount you receive from your dental insurance company is dependent on the contract you or your employer has negotiated with the insurance company, within your annual limits.

You are responsible for full payment of any treatment provided in our office at the time of your appointment.

Cancellation

If you need to cancel an appointment for consultation or treatment, at least 2 business days notice is requested so that we may have time to re-schedule another patient who also requires treatment.

Financial Arrangements

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Interac, Bank Draft/Money Order & Cash. We do not accept direct payment from the insurance company and we do not accept personal cheques.
